The creamy hot cereal with the cocoa treat. Microwave: 1. Mix 3 tbsp CoCo Wheats, 1 cup water or 1 cup milk, 1/8 tsp. Salt, and 1 tbsp. Sugar (optional) in a microwaveable bowl. 2. Cook on High (100% power) for 1 minute. 3. Stir. Cook 1-2 minutes more, stirring well every 30 seconds, until cereal is desired thickness. Watch carefully! 4. Remove, stir well, and let stand 1-2 minutes. Stove Top: Servings: 1, Water (1 cup) or Milk (1 cup), Salt (optional): 1/8 tsp, Sugar (optional) 1 tbsp, Coco Wheats: 3 tbsp. Servings: 2 (Govt. standard single-serving), Water (1-3/4 cups) or Milk (2 cups), Salt (optional): 1/4 tsp, Sugar (optional) 2 tbsp, Coco Wheats: 1/3 cup. Servings: 4, Water (3-1/2 cups) or Milk (3-3/4 cups), Salt (optional): 1/2 tsp, Sugar (optional) 4 tbsp, Coco Wheats: 2/3 cup. Heat water, salt, and sugar to boiling; milk to near boiling. Add CoCo Wheats slowly, stirring constantly. Cook 30 seconds while stirring. Keep water boiling. Remove from heat, cover, let stand 1-2 minutes. Serve hot, with milk, sugar, or your favorite topping.
