BikerWorks Replacement Chain for Razor MX500 MX650 SX500 SX650 Electric Dirt Bikes and RSF650 - Quality HD Chain Made to Last Installation steps Take a photo of each side of the axle between the frame and wheel and on the outside of the frame. Remove the axle (keep the spacers and sprockets organized relative to their positions on the axle) Remove the old chain (if it is still there) Clean the sprockets Important: Position the chain on the motor sprocket first Important: Slide the tire forward and put the chain on the wheel sprocket Pull the wheel back making sure the chain is on the tensioner Insert the axle bolt in from the same side, make sure to install all washers and spacers in the correct place Rotate the wheel, making sure chain moves freely Tighten the axle nut Test using the motor with the wheel off the ground Lube the chain & ride! We recommend a high quality motorcycle chain lube, WD or similar cleaners are not recommended as lube.
